St Gangolf

The parish of St Gangolf was first mentioned in 1230AD and was likely founded by Benedictine monks around the 10-11th century.  The original church stood until 1729 and was eventually replaced by the current church in 1775.

Numerous early Leinen baptisms, marriages, and deaths have been recorded in St Gangolf parish record books.
